Lunch & Listen
Available for 12 PM sessions only
Lunch & Listen offers a relaxed space where you can bring your own lunch, sit back, and chat while we both enjoy a meal together. This special session is designed for those who want therapy to feel more natural and comfortable — like catching your breath in the middle of the day.

Sharing this time can make sessions feel less formal and more personal, helping you open up, reflect, and reset before returning to the rest of your day. It’s a simple way to bring calm, connection, and care into your lunchtime routine.
